How HelpLink Works

HelpLink Step 1
HelpLink Step 2
Reliable Landline Connectivity
HelpLink is a personal emergency response system that connects to a landline, providing a reliable and cost-effective service. Using a pendant or wristband, an individual can summon assistance via a wireless, battery-powered transmitter. When the button on the personal device or console is activated, the system dials a toll-free number and connects with HelpLink’s national response center.
Immediate, Informed Response
Upon receiving the signal, the response center automatically accesses your demographic and responder information. An emergency responder establishes voice communication through the HelpLink console and dispatches the appropriate assistance.
